Official Estonian currency rates with Ruby

Just for some Ruby practice, this class do the same (gets the currency rates) as PHP in my previous post.

Nice try, though there are some notices.
Would be cool to create a currency transformation module, so that if dynamically calculates let’s say UGX to UKR using EUR as a base rate.
